Preparation of the organization's problem bank: a fundamental exercise for continuous improvement

Abstract
A systematization is carried out on the references that have addressed the importance of determining the bank of problems of an organization, as well as the proposals made in this regard. This allowed us to delve deeper into the problems detected and, based on the triangulation of sources and methods, achieve the fulfillment of the objective proposed in the research: Develop a method to determine and structure the management of problems in the organization and contribute to transforming challenges into opportunities for continuous improvement. A method is provided with a system of procedures, which favors the determination of the inventory and structuring of the problem bank, through a set of demands, actions, operations, techniques and ways that contribute to identifying, classifying, solving and evaluating the problems of the organization in a systematic and updated manner. The proposal is feasible, relevant and generalizable in other similar contexts
