Abstract

In this paper, we argue the influence that is taking place from the business digital transformation process towards the new conceptions in the organizational culture of the Company of Integral Security Services S.A. Hence, it addresses a pressing problem regarding the significant changes that are occurring in organizational culture that directly impact the processes and results of the organization. The solution to this problem is framed in the realization of a theoretical-methodological systematization on the influence of said process to reveal the relationships that contribute to achieving the integrative management of digital transformation focused on generating a culture of digital talent. The research is qualitative and non- experimental, the interpretive-argumentative predominates, based on the application of methods such as: inductive and deductive, analysis-synthesis, observation, documentary analysis, among others.
