Report on national events: Security 4.0 and the Symposium for the improvement of professional and human performance

Abstract

Held in a nuanced period of various energy situations in Cuba, on November 28, 2024, the national events Security 4.0 and the Symposium for the improvement of professional and human performance were held at the headquarters of the Security Services company (SEISA). These events were sponsored by the company SEISA and the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Pedagogical Sciences "Enrique José Varona" (UCPEJV) as another way of expressing the university-company bond, of sharing information, listening to new ideas and debating in a constructive way, establishing professional and friendship ties that end up generating new meetings and collaborations to improve performance. The objective of this work is to show what happened in both events.
