Abstract
A system of activities is proposed for the work practice of the students of the Bachelor’s Degree in Education in Economics at the SEISA. The process and result of the practical application of the activities, coherently reveals a system of educational influences resulting from the university-company link, which catalyze the motivation of students as transforming agents of the social context from the existing relationship between teaching-investigative-labor, which favors the training of a committed, competent professional capable of applying in practice the most advanced pedagogical thinking in a creative, scientifc and contextualized way to the conception of investigative labor training as transversal of the training process of the career, around which the academic, labor, research and extension components revolve and are integrated.
