Abstract
The security and health in the work are a field interdisciplinar that includes the prevention of inherent labor risks to each activity. Their main objective is the promotion and the maintenance of the highest degree of security and health in the work. This implies to create the appropriate conditions to avoid that work accidents and professional illnesses take place. The above-mentioned accentuates the importance that the workers dominate the norms and contents of this sphere since it allows them to prevent and to face with success the risks, accidents and illnesses referred to its labor position. Equally to prepare them in this topic is an effective tool more and more kept in mind by their influence in the health and the worker's efficiency.
