Abstract
The article deals with WMS systems (Warehouse Management System) in warehouse management 4.0 at an international level, its application within the national industry and the relevance of its introduction in SEISA to optimize management and control. Based on the review carried out, its contribution to the optimization of warehouse operations is exposed, as well as aspects to be taken into account for choosing a suitable software for the needs of each organization, the implementation process and its prior preparation to achieve the expected results with the acquisition of the system, additional technological tools designed
for its application and the search for excellence around efficiency. The objective of the study is to support the implemen-
tation of the Warehouse Management System in SEISA, to improve logistics giving added value to our customers and
suppliers.
